1. SEARCHING FOR SPACE
Take a look at the images and information on the venues we have available. It will be easy to choose the areas which best respond to your needs.
2. ENQUIRY INTO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE
Contact us via e-mail or telephone to book the space you need. Inform us of the date/s, type of event, and other data of interest.
3. VISIT
The organiser may visit Palacio de Congresos de Madrid by appointment to see our premises and to complete the detailed planning of the event.
4. QUOTATION
Palacio de Congresos de Madrid will provide the organiser with a cost estimate for the rental of spaces at the venue. Reservations will be firm with a down payment of 25% of the rental quotation. The remaining 75% will be settled before the event.

5. CONTRACT
Once you accept the quotation, Palacio de Congresos de Madrid will draft a rental contract, for which we will require information about the organiser.
